Our new South London service launched on Saturday 4th February at an event held at Lewisham Hospital. The new service connects the sickle cell community in Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham, three of the London boroughs with a high prevalance of sickle cell. It offers activities, support, and advocacy for people in the area, learn more about South London Link.
At the launch, there was a performance from the most famous choir in South London, perhaps even the most famous choir in Britain! The Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Choir were 2015’s Christmas Number One with their song A Bridge Over You. We’re hugely grateful for their support, and their beautiful performance!
