TAPS trial presented in America

 The Transfusion Alternatives Preoperatively in Sickle Cell Disease (TAPS) trial was chosen for an oral presentation at the prestigious American Society of Hematology (ASH) meeting in San Diego, California, USA recently. Dr Jo Howard, Consultant Haematologist at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in London, UK, presented the trial on behalf of all TAPS trial investigators.  Click here to read more
