Please send a cheque made payable to ‘Sickle Cell Society’ and post to Sickle Cell Society, 54 Station Road, London, NW10 4UA.

If you are a UK taxpayer, then please remember to complete and enclose the gift aid declaration form so we can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give at no extra cost to you.
