Hospital Feedback Sessions
We’re supporting a series of hospital reviews aimed at improving sickle cell services. The reviews, led by the Forum for Haemoglobin Disorders Review Programme, will gather anonymous feedback from patients to assess care quality. Your input will be used to provide valuable insights to help improve the services provided, and a final report will be shared without identifying contributors.
Three feedback sessions are being held in September : for patients of UCLH, The Whittington and Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Trusts, and more will be added in the coming months.
We are holding online meetings to gather the feedback, which will last an hour, with the first 30 minutes dedicated to children, young people, and their families, and the final 30 minutes focused on adults.
User and carer reviewers will lead the session. This is an opportunity to share your experiences, concerns, and suggestions for improving local care.
We encourage all patients and carers to participate. Your feedback on the quality of care, engagement with healthcare professionals, and the support you receive will contribute to the review’s findings and help shape better services.
