Charity Walk for Sickle Cell

Willesden Walk for the Mayor of Brent’s Charities – Sickle Cell Society and Jason Roberts’ Foundation.

In 2019, the Mayor of Brent, Erenst Ezeajughi and Mrs Ezeajughi joined a charity fundraising walk in aid of the Mayor’s two charities – the Sickle Cell Society and anti-knife crime work carried out by the Jason Roberts’ Foundation.

Telling the stories of some of the buildings and people in and around Willesden High Road are :

• Dick Weindling (local historian)
